Our Story
Hey Friends! I’m Aliyah, the heart behind The Green Dream.
Originally from the Midwest born in St. Louis raised in Belleville, Illinois. Now living in Snowmass Village,Colorado since 2020! Growing up, the kitchen was always the center of everything.. full of family, laughter, and the kind of recipes that get passed down through generations.
On September 25, 2017, I decided to go vegan for health reasons, and it completely changed my relationship with food. What started as a lifestyle change quickly turned into a creative passion. I began recreating the traditional dishes I grew up loving, giving my mom’s classic recipes a new-age, plant-based spin.
For me, food has always been about more than just eating. It’s about connection, creativity, and bringing people together around something beautiful. I’ve always loved hosting, creating unforgettable spreads, and sharing dishes that make people say, “Wait… this is vegan?!”
The Green Dream was born from that passion..a place where nostalgic flavors meet fresh, plant-based creativity. My goal is simple: to create desserts and dishes that feel indulgent, comforting, and a little bit magical… while proving that plant-based food can still taste like home.
